The prices are per room and day and are shown in euros (€).
A deposit is not required before your vacation.
Surcharges:
May to October: € 2.70 visitor’s tax per person/day from 17 years of age
November to April: € 1.90 visitor’s tax per person/day from 17 years of age
Supplement for overnight stay: € 16.00 in a double room and € 10.00 in a single room
Pets: € 10.00 per day
Payment options:
Cash payment as well as all major EC and credit cards.
Catering:
We offer half board in the summer months from June to September and during the Christmas vacations.
Outside of these periods, we only offer half board for groups of 10 people or more.

Millstätter See Inclusive Card
For stays of two nights or more, you will receive the Millstätter See Inclusive Card (MIC) free of charge. With this regional card you benefit from free or reduced admission to many excursion destinations, lidos, cable cars and museums in the area. This makes your vacation not only relaxing, but also particularly varied.
Cancellation conditions and travel cancellation insurance
Sometimes something comes up – no problem! For your booking, we apply the following cancellation conditions:
You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
29 to 7 days before arrival we charge 50 % of the total price.
From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show we charge 90 % of the total price.
Please note: These conditions also apply in the event of illness or personal reasons.
