Our guesthouse is located in the middle of the beautiful natural scenery of Seeboden – just a few steps from the lake and very close to the gentle mountains of the Lieser and Malta valleys. Whether it’s a refreshing morning swim, a leisurely bike ride, a panoramic hike or a snowy winter walk: your personal time out starts right on the doorstep.

With the Millstätter See Inclusive Card (MIC) you have free admission to lidos, discounted excursions and many other benefits. Bicycles are available free of charge and with the Nockmobil or train station shuttle you are mobile even without a car.

With us, relaxation begins with your arrival. With the Millstätter See Inclusive Card, we offer you the opportunity to stay mobile even without your own car – very uncomplicated and environmentally friendly.

With the Nockmobil or the train station shuttle you can reach excursion destinations, hiking trails, pools or the town center comfortably and inexpensively. Trips within a radius of 20 kilometers cost only € 3,- per person and trip. This not only saves you searching for a parking space and stress, but also gives you valuable TIME for the essentials – for nature, experiences and real relaxation.
